Deposition Overview

Cryo-electron tomograms of purified Escherichia coli 70S ribosomes, vitrified and imaged in vitro. The tilt series were acquired in parallel using the parallel cryo electron tomography (PACE-tomo) scheme and reconstructed into tomograms at a voxel size of about 10 angstroms by the CryoET Data Portal team.
