Dataset Overview
Cryo-electron tomograms of cryo-FIB-milled lamellae through intact, plunge-frozen NIH/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblasts, targeting the nucleus and nuclear periphery. The tomograms resolve the nuclear envelope, ribosomes and densely packed native chromatin.
